Roberto Coin small heart with 0.11 carat diamonds, set in 18k/white gold. The heart measures 2/8" by 2/8". This necklace's chain was cut down to be worn as a bracelet, so this chain is only 6 1/2" long, I'm sure there are 16" or 18 white gold chains available from Roberto Coin or elsewhere. Because of this, it's going for a very reasonable price, taking into consideration a chain would most likely be added.

The heart with a 16 chain retails at Neiman Marcus for 600. But I'm listing it for far less.
