The necklace is made of 18 karat yellow gold and features an ancient Roman bronze coin Constantino II dated 317-337 A. The coin is 5/8 of an inch (1.5 centimeters) in diameter.

The pendant part measures 3/4 inches (2 centimeters) in diameter. The necklace is 15-1/2 inches (39 cm) long and weighs 75.0 grams.

Stamped with Bulgari maker's mark, hallmark for 18 karat gold and Italian hallmark. In great condition; wear consistent with age and use (please see pictures for details).
