Cuff is made of antique Italian coins that read REPUBLICA ITALIANA which match the dial. Setting knob has a sapphire cabochon finial. Marked on back Vicence Italy - Swiss Parts Movement and 14kt Case only - Stainless Steel Back and Hinge. Just had my jeweler install a brand new battery.

Measures about 7in diameter interior, it fits nicely with a little play on my wrist which is 6 around. Case measures about 1 diameter.
